Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK), one of the world's largest steel producers in Russia has recently announced to acquire 12.77% shares up to 95% from its existing stocks through off-market transaction in Belon who is also part of MMK Group manufactures and supplies coal and coal concentrate. This acquisition will still consider Belon to be one of the esteem raw materials supplier for MMK and accelerate the favor of support for minor shareholders in the company.
